Newly admitted first-year students for summer and fall of 2025 must complete their tuition deposit by 4 p.m. the business day prior to accessing the housing application.

Housing Application Important Dates:

Spring 2025 Housing

  • The spring 2025 housing application is closed.
  • Students who did not apply for spring housing may add themselves to the Housing Interest list for Spring 2025.

Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 Housing

  • December 16, 2024 starting at 9 a.m., the Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 Housing application is available for new incoming first year students for the Boca Raton campus and Wilkes Honors College (Jupiter campus) through the Owldone portal. You must complete your tuition deposit by 4 p.m. the business day prior to accessing the housing application.
  • January 27 - February 3: Housing renewals for Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 for current spring residents. Roommate matching is only available to current residents during these dates. The housing application will close at 5 p.m. on February 3rd.
  • March 3, 2025, at 9 a.m.: Housing Interest Form for Fall 2025 is available for admitted transfer students and current Boca Raton students who do not live on-campus for spring 2025. The Housing Interest Form does not guarantee housing.
  • March 17, 2025, at 5 p.m.: The priority deadline to complete a housing application for newly admitted first-year students. The housing application will close when spaces have been filled, and a Housing Interest Form will be available.
  • April 1, 2025 priority date for incoming first-year students to request and/or accept a roommate.
